1. Who we are

ProMatch Lab is operated by ProMatch Lab, based in Switzerland. You can reach us through the in-game feedback button or at [email protected].

2. What we collect

Account data (email, username, country), gameplay data (your club, matches, settings), and limited technical data (for example, a JWT authentication token in your browser and basic server logs). We never sell your data, and we do not run advertising.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we store only a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your plan status.

4. Why we process it

To run your account and the game, to provide Pro features to subscribers, and to keep the service secure.

5. Where it lives

The service is hosted on Railway (cloud infrastructure). Our database is located in the EU (Amsterdam, Netherlands).

6. Cookies and storage

We use only functional browser storage for authentication. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, and delete your data. You can delete your account in Settings, or request deletion via the contact above — we remove your personal data on account deletion. If you are in the EU or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP, including access, rectification, erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and remove it after deletion. Backups rotate out within the retention window.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app.
